Rights and responsibilities of National Data Coordinators
As far as possible, all UCTE data are related to countries. One person per country - the National Data Coordinator ( NDC ) – is designated to be the national interface between TSOs and the UCTE Secretariat and external stakeholders for all issues related to data. This person is nominated and supported by the National Representative in the UCTE Steering Committee.
NDCs decide on the submission of confidential information on basis of national laws and existing contracts between their TSO and any Non-TSO. The NDC needs to be mandated by the Company
Board to be able to take such decisions.
