Mission

Mission

The main task given to this working group is to prepare an adequate legal frame aiming at achieving enforceability for UCTE standards – in the first phase between TSO. The Multilateral Agreement is set to cover technical and organizational UCTE standards (gathered in the UCTE Operation Handbook). The longer term objective of this group is to provide a legal basis for UCTE activities and to solve issues arising from the incompatibility of national legislation in UCTE countries.
