Mission

Mission

The Members of the Association constitute the Assembly. Associate Members are invited to the Assembly.
The Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of the Association and it summons once a year. The Assembly is responsible for all matters relating to the functioning of the Association. This includes among others:

• decisions concerning Membership and Associate Membership: admission, withdrawal, exclusion of Members and Associate Members;
• decisions concerning modifications or amendments to the Articles of Association or the Internal Regulations;
• decisions concerning the annual budgets and accounts;
• setting up of the general strategy of UCTE;
• designation of the Members of the Bureau;
• decisions concerning the establishment, seat, staffing and general organisation of the Secretariat;
• decisions referred to the Assembly by the Steering Committee.
